About HH

HubHuman(HH) offers social networking platform services via its divisions, CorporateSMM.com and SportsMatchMaker.com. HH allows our members to create personal profiles, to create date specific events of any kind, to search for other members and events. HH members can view each others' profiles, communicate with other members on the service, upload and view photos, communicate by Instant Messenger or via the chat room, etc. HH requests and displays some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of competitors and friends. HH members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them. HH is very sensitive to online privacy issues. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how HH treats personal information that HH collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that HH does not own or control, or to people that HH does not employ or manage.

Children

When a child under age 18 attempts to register with HH as a new member, we ask that he or she have a parent or guardian create an HH account in his/her parents' or guardian's name. Then the child's anonymous info can be added to the adult's profile. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to become an HH member. Our system, however, allows HH members to search for adult members who have children that are indicated in their parents' or guardian's profile, for the purpose of arranging supervised sport/activity matches between children.

HH requires that all HH members agree never to allow their children to play, meet or socialize with other adult members or their children unsupervised by the parents or a trusted adult.

Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their children's portion of their profile at any time.

The HH system will only display, in the parent's or guardian's profile, a child's age, gender, sports/activities played and level of ability in each sport.

Members with children can ONLY contact another parent or guardian to try to set up a supervised match with their children, since no contact information for children is submitted to or displayed by HH at any time.

Information Collection and Use

HH collects personal information when submitted to HH by you.

HH automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including non-personally-identifiable data such as your IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from any visitor to the site. Generally, HH uses this data for the following purposes: to run and operate the Web site, to track usage and improve the Web site services with certain features and products, to supply your requests for products and services, to contact you, to conduct research, to customize the advertising and content displayed, and to provide anonymous reporting for external clients. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

When you register for any HH service, we ask for information such as, but not limited to, your name, marital status, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, personal sports and activities played, and other personal interests in order to assist our members in finding and communicating with each other. For some products and services we may also ask for additional information about you. Once you register with HH and log into our services, you are not anonymous to the HH system.

HH collects and shares information about your use of our service with some of our business affiliates, including information about your use of products and services that we offer.

Your profile information, including pictures and screen name are displayed to HH members in order to facilitate member interaction on the HH site, unless you choose not to display your member profile information. Member email addresses are used for such purposes as, but not necessarily limited to, sending notifications related to the service, offering new features, products and services, and sending member-to-member emails. With the exception of your digital requests to send your personal emails to another member via the HH emailing system (your return email address is included in these emails), your email address is not shared or displayed to other members by HH, and your actual name is never directly revealed to other members by the HH Web site system. You may choose not to receive certain types of email by opting out via these email communications sent to you, by following the instructions provided within the email.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

HH does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other nonaffiliated people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

HH believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate or cooperate with an investigation, prevent, or take legal action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of HH's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law;

HH needs to respond to subpoenas, court orders, search warrants or other legal process, whether or not a response is required by applicable law, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

"The HH networking platform services may be co-branded and intergrate with a third-party website (client of HH) and/or offered in some other digital format by a third-party website (client of HH). In such a case, the client's logo/brand is displayed and the user clearly recognizes he/she is joining our client's networking service, which is powered by HH. The HH platform services are fully operated and maintained by HH. The HH client is not responsible for the privacy practices of HH, and vice versa. Once you leave the HH client's website via a link to the co-branded HH platform services, this HH privacy policy will apply. If you register for or use the HH client's networking services, powered by HH, both HH and the HH client will receive information collected in conjunction with your registration on the co-branded networking services. The HH platform also carries advertisements from other companies. Once you leave the HH platform services by clicking on an advertisement, HH's Privacy Policy no longer applies and you should check the applicable Privacy Policy of the third-party or advertiser website to detemine how they will handle any personal information they will collect from you."

HH needs to provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with HH under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help HH communicate with you about offers from HH and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information with others.

HH will transfer information about you if HH is acquired by, merged with or licensed to another company. In this event, HH will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

HH displays specific advertisements based on personal information, such as but not limited to the sports you play and your level of ability. Advertisers and ad serving companies may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, men ages 25-35 from a particular geographic area, who play a certain sport.

HH advertisers include all kinds of service and product providers.

HH does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you click on and view one of their ads. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you understand and accept the possibility that the advertiser will assume that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

HH works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

Cookies

HH may set and access cookies (small bits of data) on your computer.

HH may let other companies, that advertise on some of our pages or in the Player's Guide, set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to HH's cookies.

HH may use web beacons (an electronic file that allows a web site to count users who have visited a page or to access certain cookies) to access HH cookies and in connection with HH products and services offered.

Member Ability to Edit and Delete Profile Information and Preferences

You can edit your profile information and preference settings, at any time.

HH reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to the HH service, such as service announcements, related service and product sales information, administrative messages and the HH Newsletter, that are considered part of your HH membership, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

You can delete your HH membership at any time by visiting the Delete Member page on the HH Web site. After your account is deleted, HH will keep a record of your terminated account information in our archives for a period of time, even though your account is no longer active.

Confidentiality and Security

HH limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Also, see section, "Information Sharing and Disclosure," of this privacy policy.

HH has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

HH may update this policy. We will notify you about substantive changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a notice on our site.
