Will my Web site be accepted for the Affiliate Program?

Your site will be reviewed by our admins and if it seems that your visitors would be interested in SMM in someway and vice versa, yes, it will most likely be accepted.

How can I link my site to Sports MatchMaker?

Once you Register your organizaton as an SMM Affiliate and are approved, you will be notified by email and given a special URL (website address) and a link into the SMM banner center. Then you will have all you need to link to SMM.

How many links can I have to SMM?

You may place as many links on your site as you like.

Can SMM know how much traffic is coming from my site into SMM?

Your URL will contain a unique tag that represents your site. When a visitor from your site links into SMM, the tag is stored. Therefore, the answer to the question is, Yes.

Can an organization based outside the United States be eligible to become an SMM Affiliate Program?

Yes.

Why would my affiliate status ever be revoked?

Your registration will not be approved or immediately revoked if your Web site contains or links to inappropriate or illegal material, including but not limited to the following: pornography, explicit language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violation of law or a third party's intellectual property or other rights, libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials, little or no original content or content that denigrates disparages, or reflects negatively on Sports MatchMaker, LLC. and/or its employees. We also reserve the right to revoke any affiliate registration from an organization that we feel is not adhering to best business practices and the highest business and ethical standards, or that is not participating in the spirit of the SMM Affiliate Program. For purposes of example only and not as an exhaustive list, tampering with SMM logos, using disparaging language, or deliberately trying to hack, or in any way scam SMM, will result in immediate dismissal from the SMM Affiliate Program, in addition to any legal and equitable remedies. By participating in the SMM Affiliate Program, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Information Page. If you do not agree to the terms on this Information Page, you must cease participation in the SMM Affiliate Program. SMM may change the terms of this Information Page at any time, and your use of the SMM Affiliate Program, after such changes are posted, will mean that you accept them.
